All packages are shipped in plain, unbranded packaging. There are no logos, product names, or external indicators that reference intimate or adult-related contents.

Order Processing & Fulfillment

Orders are processed and dispatched within 1 to 4 business days (excluding weekends and Canadian statutory holidays).

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number.

The shipping timeline displayed at checkout reflects estimated delivery time from the date of shipment, not the date of purchase.

After our team has dealt directly with the carrier on your behalf to secure reimbursement, allowing us to ship a pristine replacement to you within two weeks of claim approval – at no cost to you.
