Refund policy
Return & Exchange Policy
Due to the intimate and hygienic nature of the products we sell, we do not accept returns or exchanges. All sales are final.
Exceptions
We may offer a refund or replacement under the following circumstances:

The product arrives damaged or defective (must be reported within 7 calendar days of delivery).

The parcel is confirmed as lost in transit and Shipping Protection was purchased.

The parcel is returned to sender (e.g. due to non-delivery, customs refusal, or address issues).
Address Errors
We are not responsible for orders not received due to incorrect shipping addresses entered at checkout. If an error occurs:

The customer may place a new order.

If the original parcel is returned to us, we will re-ship the order after receiving payment for additional shipping and handling charges.
Non-Delivery Due to Customs Refusal or Inaction
In the event a parcel is returned due to the recipient’s failure to pay customs duties or taxes, or refusal to accept delivery, SOMA LUXE® will re-ship the order upon payment of applicable shipping and handling fees.
Lost or Stolen Deliveries
If tracking indicates that a parcel has been delivered, but you did not receive it:

File a claim with us at info@somaluxeofficial.com only if Shipping Protection was purchased.

SOMA LUXE® will not be liable for missing parcels without Shipping Protection once delivery is marked as complete by the carrier.
International Duties & Taxes
International customers are solely responsible for any customs fees, import duties, VAT, or taxes imposed by their country of residence. These fees are:
